This policy explains what personal data EDEAL EDITIONS (ForkScaler) collects through forkscaler.com, why, and your rights. Contact: contact@forkscaler.com.
What we collect
- When you request an audit: your name, role, restaurant name, city, state, email, mobile phone, website, opening stage, type of restaurant, number of locations, how you take online orders today, rough app order volume and whether you recently talked with an online-ordering company.
- When you become a client: the account access you grant us as a manager (never passwords), and the business information needed to do the work.
- Technical data: anonymous visit statistics measured without cookies.
Why
- To prepare and send your audit and reply to you (your request).
- To contact you by email, phone or text about your audit (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time; reply STOP to texts).
- To deliver the services you buy (contract).
Sharing with third parties
We never sell your data and never share it with a third party, including technology partners, without your explicit consent.
Service providers
- Cloudflare, Inc. (USA): hosting and form storage.
- OVH SAS (Roubaix, France): email.
- Telegram (internal notification of new requests).
How long we keep it
Audit requests: 3 years from our last contact. Client data: for the duration of the service, then as required by accounting law.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to its use, by writing to contact@forkscaler.com. California residents have the rights provided by the CCPA, including the right to know and to delete; we do not sell personal information. You can also complain to the French data protection authority (CNIL).
